1. From the Add Payment panel, click Payer Info.

2. Enter the Name, Address, Work Phone, and other contact information for the payer.

NOTE: If you selected more than one payment method, the payer information entered will be applied to all of the payment methods.

3. Click Save to apply the payment to the selected fees or deposits.

NOTE: For information on making a payment towards fees or deposits, see Make a Payment.

If you paid associated fees, the Fees panel on the Summary page will automatically refresh to show the amount paid and any remaining balance.

If you paid associated deposits, the Deposit panel on the Summary page will automatically refresh to show the amount paid and any remaining balance.

You can easily add payer information from roles associated to the case.

1. From the Add Payment panel, click Payer Info.

2. Click the People drop-down list.

3. Select one of the roles associated to the case.

NOTE: If you selected more than one payment method, the payer information entered will be applied to all of the payment methods.

The contact fields, such as Name, Address, and Work Phone will automatically populate with information from the role code.

4. Click Save to apply the payment to the selected fees or deposits.
