Payment Panel Fields

Some specific fields and buttons that display depend on if you are adding, editing, or viewing payments.

  • Ca Receipt ID—This is the receipt number or ID for the payment.
  • Tender Type—This is the ID name of the method of payment, such as CASH, CHECK, or CC.
  • Description—This is the description of the ID name of the method of payment, such as cash, check, or credit card.
  • Paid—This is the amount being paid or the amount that has been paid.
  • Payment Date—This is the date the payment was or is to be made.
  • Received by—This is the ID of the person who received the payment.
  • Date Received—This is the date the payment was received.
  • Voided By—This is the ID of the person who voided the payment. The ability to void payments does not currently exist in PLL, so this field is blank.
  • Date Voided—This is the date the payment was voided. The ability to void payments does not currently exist in PLL, so this field is blank.
  • View Receipt—Select this check box to show the receipt immediately after the payment has been saved.
  • Reference—This field can be used to reference a payment source such as an internal Purchase Order (PO).
  • Comment—Add any additional notes or comments.
  • Payer InfoClick to add contact information for the person making the payment.
  • Show PayerClick to view or edit contact information to the person who made the payment.
  • Show RefundsClick to view the refunds made towards the payment.
