Edit Payer Information on a Payment

To edit a payer's information associated with a case, complete the following:

  1. Select the record(s) and click the Edit record icon on the Payment panel.

The Edit Payment panel opens.

  1. Click Show Payer.
  1. Select the record(s) and click the Edit record icon.

NOTE: Only the Comment field may be edited.

  1. Once you have made your edits, click Save.
