Deposit Panel Fields

A deposit is a partial payment of the total amount owed.

• Deposit Code—Click the Lookup icon to open a selection window. Select the deposit code and click Submit.
• Deposit Desc—This is the description of the deposit selected. This field cannot be changed.
• Account Code—This is the account number associated with the deposit. This field cannot be changed.
• Deposit Type—This field identifies the kind of deposit that will be added to the case. This field cannot be changed.
• Amount—Enter the total amount of the deposit.
• Comment—This is additional information about the deposit.
